The device for using this method includes a gas chamber with semiconductor gas sensors installed in it, humidity and temperature sensors, a gas supply system with a gas flow rate stimulator, an electronic unit for continuous measurement of sensor resistances, their temperatures and electrical signals from humidity and temperature sensors, an electronic unit for setting the temperatures of semiconductor gas sensors.
