The present invention relates to a method for preparing DNA from plants of the genus Aloe, and an anti-aging and anti-inflammatory composition comprising DNA from plants of the genus Aloe as an active ingredient, and in more detail, obtained after treating a plant of the genus Aloe with a hydrolase. A method for effectively extracting the DNA of the Aloe plant by adjusting the pH of the lysate formed by mixing a hydrolyzate with a surfactant and deep ocean water extraction minerals, and then precipitating it with an organic solvent, and a plant of the genus Aloe prepared by the above method. It relates to an anti-aging and anti-inflammatory composition comprising DNA as an active ingredient.
