PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic drive valve monitoring device, a hydraulic drive valve monitoring method, and a control system capable of monitoring the failure sign and deciding failure factor of a turbine hydraulic drive valve.SOLUTION: A hydraulic drive valve monitoring device according to one embodiment comprises a recording part in which a measured value of the opening of a hydraulic drive valve for controlling a turbine fluid is recorded in association with a measured value of the oil pressure of the control oil for the hydraulic drive valve. The device further comprises a setting part in which the reference value of the opening is set in association with the reference value of the oil pressure. The device further comprises an alarm part for outputting an alarm for the hydraulic drive valve on the basis of a preset value for deciding the relation of the measured value of the oil pressure with the reference value of the oil pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
