PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet-driven microvalve control liquid flow device by electrowetting, which has advantages of high control accuracy, simple structure, convenient use, and strong adaptability. SOLUTION: The valve body includes a valve body 1, a liquid injection micro passage 8, and a liquid discharge port 3, and the valve body is provided with a cavity 1-1, and the liquid injection micro passage communicates with an upper end of the cavity. A closing holder 4 is provided in the central portion of the cavity, a communication port is provided between the closing holder and the inner wall of the cavity, and the communication port controls the closing / opening of the communication port. A micro valve control mechanism for this is provided. The microvalve control mechanism drives an elastic diaphragm 6 for closing / opening the communication port arranged at the lower end of the communication port and an electrowetting that drives the elastic diaphragm to swing around the cavity side wall.
