A remote startup system (1) includes a terminal (200), a center server (100) configured to communicate with the terminal (200) and receive a startup request from the terminal (200), and a vehicle (2) on which a driving device (30) is mounted, the vehicle (2) being configured to communicate with the center server (100), receive the startup request from the center server (100), and start up the driving device (30). At least one of the center server (100) and the vehicle (2) includes a stop unit (402, 1202) configured to stop the driving device (30) of the vehicle when communication between the terminal (200) and the center server (100) or between the center server (100) and the vehicle (2) is disrupted in a case where the driving device (30) is started up based on the startup request and being operated.
