The proposed device differs from the known one by the fact that on the line of conducting the oil to the servo motor of the valve for feeding the actuating body there is set a regulator of the speed connecting the line with the overflow when the turbine comes to running of itself, and the servo motor of the valve is provided with a terminal disconnector included in the circuit of the electromagnetic slide valve.
