FIELD: information technology.;SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at systems and methods of conducting transactions associated with a transport card. Method includes steps of: receiving a payment request and determining whether it is a pre-authorization request or payment request; if the payment request is a pre-authorization request, it is determined whether the account is authorized for a specific type of transport. If the account is authorized, approval is sent to the transport processor. If the account is not authorized, failure is sent. If the payment request is a payment request: determining whether the account amount for the payment amount payment is sufficient; in a negative case, prohibiting, and in the positive case, approving the transaction and subtracting the value and determining whether the sum of the account is below a predetermined threshold for a specific type of transport, and, if so, updating the account status in the data store.;EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of carrying out transport card transactions taking into account determination of a predetermined threshold for one or more specific types of transport.;18 cl, 10 dwg
