Couplings.-Electric joint or coupling boxes are made with an insulating base-block a, to which the coupling bar b, for joining the conductors d, d1, d2, to be connected, is secured by screws b1. The conductors are brought in through grooves c1, c2 in the under face of the base in such a way that the conductors do not cross one another, and the various grooves are connected to the upper face of the block by openings e, e1, e2. A cover g is preferably provided.
