Shelves.-A combination article of furniture comprises one or more bedsteads adapted to be converted into a table with benches at each side and connected to a frame provided with shelves. To a collapsible central frame 1, having shelves 2, are pivotally connected at 15 the ends of lower bedstead frames 7 having side bars 11 and a central rod 10. Canvas is attached to the bars 11 and overlaps the bar 10, forming two beds side by side. An upper bed 6 is supported on pins 18 by the frame 1, and at the other end by legs 20 resting on the lower bed. The bed (i may be removed, and the pins 18 engaged in slots 25 with the bed in a vertical position, brackets 23 being adapted to coact with supporis 22 on the lower bed to support a removable table board 5. The canvas of the lower bed is at the same time removed, and boards 4 attached by chains turned into position to serve as seats. For transport purposes, the beds 6, 7 are placed in the vertical position with their pivot pins resting in slots 26, 27, and the central frame is collapsed.
