[Class 64 (i).] In a domestic hot-water supply system, the flow pipe 4 from the boiler 5 and the hot-water supply pipe 3 project into the hot-water tank 1 and are provided with telescopic parts 41, 31 supported by a float 6, which maintains the ends of the pipes at a constant distance just below the level of the water in the tank. The end of the pipe 4 is maintained at a slightly greater depth than the end of the pipe 3. The telescopic parts may be supported bv the float 9 operating the feed valve. The floats are hemispherical and have corrugated tops.
