Synthetic leather of foamed pvc

Gas-permeable, water impermable PVC strip is formed by applying PVC to upper face of temporary paper strip, later removed. Heat is directed onto paper from below, passing first through paper, then PVC, thus producing improved surface on PVC where it is in contact with paper.
