Ice cream wafer cone packing machine - using foil bags as separators between cones of baked wafer biscuit

For use in ice cream cornet coin operated dispensers, the cone of water biscuit are interleaved with foil bags. Packing takes place in a machine with a horizontal lower trough along which the cones are conveyed one by one by spaced feed bars between endless chains and an upper, vibrated, sloping trough for the foil bags which are extracted one by one using a conical mandrel synchronised in horizontal oscillation with a feeler gate for the presence of each cone wafer and a stripper lever which drops the bag from the mandrel into the lower trough such that the water cone enters it.
