Comprises 10-60% one and/or several aliphatic alcohols; 2-15% diacetone alcohol; 35-80% one and/or several ethoxylated alkyl phenyl ethers; and opt. 0.0001-0.01% of a known anti-foam agent, calcd. on 100% of the non-aqs. components. The aliphatic alcohol is pref. polyethylene glycol of m.wt. 200-1000 and the ethoxylated cpd. is ethoxylated nonyl phenylether. The prod. can be diluted with water ina ratio of 1:30-1:80.
