Glue applicator for portable dowel-driver - has glue control disc near mouth of dowel guide opening to give cleaner ejection

Dowel is fed in front of a striker bolt, which drives it out through the opening; glue is dispensed into the bore of the opening which receives the dowel. The control disc is movable, to deliver glue, with a component of motion at 90 deg. to the axis of the opening, into the opening's inner cross section. Pref. the disc is displaceable over an adjustable length, and is mounted in a slider sleeve which is displaceable transversely of the opening; the disc is movable relative to the sleeve while the glue ejection opening is within the internal cross section of the dowel-receiving opening. This gives cleaner ejection of a precise amount of glue.
