A device incorporated inside a vaned rotating hydraulic jack with a special shape valve driven in rotation by a low torque servo-motor controls the rotation, the speed and the positioning of the output shaft of a rotating hydraulic jack of high torque. As a preferred addition the particular shape of the valve allows it to be assembled axially making its control very easy by coupling it directly to the servo-motor. being assembled inside the jack's casing it is better protected and makes the unit less cumbersome.
