The case (10) has some walls (16) which have two conductor panels which are electrically isolated, made of leaves of aluminium bonded together, the bonding material constituting the isolator. These panels are jointed to a battery. The flap of the case (11) has a lock (17) which is coupled to a lock in the base (26) by some mechanical means, such as a pair of cables. The key for the operation of the base lock is held at the points of departure and of arrival. In the event of attack the base lock can be put in an armed position so that the contents can be set on fire by electrical means.
