In the parent patent, a press for finishing the upper part of the sleeve of a dress or suit the adjacent shoulder portion includes a perforated shoulder pressing member which is stationary and carried by a frame, the member being provided with means for supplying steam to its interior, which additionally may be provided with heating and air supplying and exhausting means. Member is provided with an axially slidable shaft carrying the sleeve pressing member. In the patent of addtn., sleeve pressing member is mounted rotatably on the axially slidable shaft. Sleeve can be finished properly irrespective of the sleeve pitch.
