Printed test circuit for telecommunications applications - uses single PCB providing sequential monitoring and retransmission of current levels

A printed circuit is for use in maintaining the current levels in high speed electronic logic networks. The circuit also serves as an interconnection and support unit for such logic networks and is particularly applicable to telecommunications systems. The printed circuit makes up a single board, approximately square with normal slip connections on two opposite edges. One set feeds the monitoring circuit and the second couples into the distribution conductors the complementary circuit for detector supplies and clock source signals. This allows transfer to separate circuits sequential sampling of the current levels and these supplies may be passed on to their specific logic circuits. Through paths and magnetic cores are arranged to be symmetrical about the edge connector axis.
