The purpose of this report is to define the guidance for designing a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) electronics technical data package. The technical data package is comprised of documentation including an electrical schematic; assembly drawings; Bill of Materials (BOM); PCB data files; component data sheets; packaging specifications; and PCB guidelines for layout, fabrication, and assembly.
