L is oxygen or sulphur and RSP3/SP is methylene or ethylene, and RSP1/SP is C 1-10 alkyl, C 2-6 alkynyl, C 2-4 alkenyl, C 1-4 alkylthio, C 3-6 cycloalkyl or heterocyclic or a salt thereof and (b) as diureticathiazide or a pyrazine diuretic such as amiloride.
