The force is transmitted solely by moving one or several first springs from a tensioned position through a dead-centre position to a position of opposite tension. An intermediate element is provded between the first springs and the inner contact operating element; it moves parallel to the operating element movement. The releasing force is transmitted from the first springs to one or several second springs, which also move through a dead-centre position to a position of opposite tension. This force is transmitted to the inner operating element. The moment applied to the intermediate element by the first spring(s) is greater than that from the second spring(s).
