Designed for the cladding of metal plates or strips with polyurethane foam, the clad material passes form a double band conveyor to an extension, where the flow path is deflected to one side, or from the horizontal; the gap developed between the metal at the point of deflection shearing the plastic material linking adjacent metal units. This a continuous cladding process, with the plastic cladding broken off flush with edges of the metal, without using additional trimming units.
