The bollard has a metal foot (1) anchored to the ground. The foot supports a mono-block box (2). The front face (3) of the box or automatic distributor. The side faces which are identical are furnished with transparent panels to hold an advertisement or notice. The lighting up of the panels may be effected by luminous plates. The rear face of the box may be opened up to provide access to the inside. The bottom has a litter bin accessable from the outside.
