1510172 Packages NELSEN INDUSTRIE CHIMICHE SpA 9 April 1975 [10 April 1974] 14636/75 Headings B8P and B8C A cardboard support for forming shrinkwrapped packages of fragile articles, e.g. bottles 23 comprises a blank 1 formed with creasing lines 2, 3, 5-7, 9-11, 13-16 and generally T-shaped cut-outs 17, 18, 22, so that the blank 1 may be folded to a generally U-shaped form about the lines 15, 16 and in concertina-fashion about the lines 2, 3, 5-7, 9-11, 13, 14 to provide ridges for locating the bottles 23, &c. on intervening flat portions. The cut-outs may have generally triangular transverse portions, Fig. 2 (not shown), and the number of ridges may be varied in accordance with the articles to be packed.
