After that, the sealing and bonding material 14 such as solder is molten with the heater 7 in the molten vessel 6, reducing the gas produced from the material 14. When the vacuum package 5 reaches high vacuum, the package base 2 and the cover 3 set are immersed in the sealing and bonding material 14, and after immersing the material 14 between the metal film 10 placed on the metal film 9 and the cover 3, it is lifted up and fixed and sealed.
