GROUND CIRCUIT MONITOR

ABSTRACTA monitoring circuit to detect an opencircuit in the ground conductor of an electricalsystem. The circuit also senses a high impedanceand leakage current in the ground conductor.Additionally, the circuit protects against reversalof the high and neutral input supply conductors.The circuit includes a delayed latching circuitwhich prevents reconnection of a device to beprotected.
