Sealed enclosure for the manipulation of dangerous products has frame of hollow e.g. square section bars to which the walls are fixed so as to permit easy dismantling of the enclosure. Deformable jointing strips are located between each wall at a corner of the enclosure and the frame bar and the wall is clamped against the bar by a resilient clamp. The strips have double lips inwardly of the enclosure, sealing the joint from the interior of the enclosure. The clamps comprise resilient strips bent over on themselves and pierced with a hole, fixed around a stud upstanding from and welded to the bar. The stud is threaded and a nut is used to control the compression of the strip. This arrangement isolates the jointing assembly from the interior of the enclosure, avoiding decontamination difficulties during dismantling.
