AMMONIA CIRCULATING PROCESS IN DRY DIAZO DEVELOPING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To stabilize the amt. of a solution fed, by directly introducing a condensate from a condenser into the top of a rectifying tower in the title process for separating a developing gas, in the condenser, obtained by distilling recovered ammonia water and for introducing the gas into a developing section. CONSTITUTION:NH3 in a gas exhausted from developing section 1 is allowed to be absorbed in a regenerating solution from vessel 8 in absorption tower 2. This recovering solution is fed to the top of rectifying tower 6 through recovring solution vessel 3 and condenser 5, and in tower 6 the solution is contacted to a gas (composed of NH3 gas and steam) generated from hating drum 7. The gas rising in tower 6 is then introduced into condenser 5 to separate water, the concentrated NH3 gas is fed to section 1 as a developing gas, and condensate is introduced into the top of tower 6. On the other hand, the solution freed of NH3 by the liquid-vapor exchange in tower 6 is introduced into absorption tower 2 through drum 7 and regenerating solution vessel 8.
