The packing is made from a single sheet which is gathered at the top so that a ring will pass over the material. The inner part of a valve is inserted inside the material. This part contains a sealing ring and a central ball valve assembly. The bag material is held under a sleeve which is fitted with an inflatable collar. The assembly is held tightly by a wedge collar with an outer ring. The collar is located by the end nut which keeps the assembly together.
