EXHAUST GAS COMBUSTION DEVICE IN EXCRETA TANK ON EXCRETA COLLECTING TRUCK

PURPOSE:To make complete combustion of odor constituents from an excreta tank by a method wherein a burner with a bowl type circumferential wall is mounted in the lower center of an incineration chamber made up of a cylindrical body and a disk-form branch chamber of waste gas is arranged under the incineration chamber. CONSTITUTION:A burner 2 with a bowl type circumferential wall 2a is provided in the lower center of an incineration chamber R1 in the cylindrical exhaust barrel 1 mounted at the upper part of the excreta tank on an excreta truck and a porous red-heated plate 11 in a disk form is provided at the upper part of the incineration chamber. Several air duct 3 are fixed on the upper part of the circumferential wall 2a of the burner 2 and fuel injection nozzles 4 are provided on the lower end part of the circumferential wall 2a and suitable numbers of suction holes 5 are placed around the nozzles. Under the incineration chamber R1 an exhaust gas branch chamber R2 made up of a disk type wall body 5 is arranged face to face and an exhaust supplying pipe 7 is connected at the bottom through a counter flow preventing valve 6. Both rooms R1, R2 are connected with several ducts 8 to constitute an exhaust gas incinerator.
