PURPOSE:To facilitate a easy setting of the slope heating in the temperature control system, by providing the circuit which multiplies the difference of reference signals between the pre-stage and the present stage of heating by the coefficient adversely proportional to the set time of the present stage, the integral network, the adder and others to a programmer. CONSTITUTION:The output of the temperature sensor D which detects the temperature of the atomizing furnace FN is compared with the reference signal delivered from the programmer PGM. And the sypply of electric power is controlled to secure a coincidence for the above comparison. The programmer PGM of a heater in such temperature control system is constituted by e.g. such circuit as shown in the figure, and then the time setting is given to the timers TM1, TM and TM3 as well as to the temperature of each stage via the potentiometers VR1-VR3 each. Then the timer TM1 works when the time of the DRY period elapses, and thus switches S1 and S2 are turned off and on respectively. Thus the reference signal of the slope heating is generated for the ASH period as shown in the figure. And the relay RY works when the set time of the timer TM elapses to secure the working of the ATM period.
