Corporal ornamenting article enabling the identification of the wearer and his needs in case of distress, as well as the transmission of instructions concerning the wearer. The article, intended for a young child, comprises a bracelet (10) adjustable but locked in such a way that it cannot be opened by the child, and a casing (20) of which the upper face and the sides are transparent so that a photograph (PHOTO) or any other object of affective value to the child, and indications (MY NAME) or very concise instructions concerning the wearer, may be seen. A housing opening under the casing allows the insertion of messages (M) of temporary interest.
