The press consists of a guide, a stand, a support and a table. A press tool is mounted on the table which consists of an upper plate. This plate can be moved on columns and is connected to the press mandrel. Cutting edges are provided on the upper plate to cut the strip material to be required length at the same time as the lamp body and cover are pressed. The material which is mounted on coils next to the machine is fed is steps into the press.
