摘要

A simple new method to fabricate transparentcarbon nanotube field emission devices wasdeveloped. The highly graphitized single wallcarbon nanotubes were attached on Sn/ITO glassby arc discharge method. Post heat treatmentsbelow the deformation temperature of soda-limeglass guaranteed a good mechanical adhesionand electrical contact of the nanotubes. The Snlayer was oxidized below 400 and becametransparent. As increasing the oxidationtemperatures, the emission properties becamestable and life time of emitter has been increased.
