The busbar support bracket allows a slight adjustment in the height. It consists of a stand with a support head and a spindle fitted vertically in a hole. The position of the spindle can be adjusted by means of a bolt and a nut. The spindle (7) is hollow and has a bolt (8) supporting the support head (2) at the top. The axis of the bolt coincides approximately with a vertical line through the centre of gravity of the busbar (4). The vertical hole containing the spindle is countersunk. The bracket (1) is pref. made of plastics and is held down at the end remote from the busbar by clamping screws and a fishplate.
