Laminated panel prodn. method - coats magnetic plastic sheet with adhesive before applying paper and cardboard and heating

The method produces laminated magnetic panels, a magnetic plastic sheet being coated on both sides with adhesive such as melamine. A layer of cardboard is placed on one side, and one of decorative paper on the other. The assembly is then heated to approximately 170 deg.C and pressed together with a pressure of between 50 and 500 tons per sq. metre, until they are permanently secured together. One or more of the layers can be pre-heated before assembly. Iron filings can be scattered between the sheet and the cardboard and/or paper.
