Sag-proof Bituminous Fibrous Materials Useful for Roofing or Siding, and Method for the Production Thereof

Bituminous fibrous materials that are not liable to sagging induced by hygrometric variations or by condensation are obtained by incorporating, in fibrous materials, at least one thermosetting or thermally cross-linking resin in an amount up to about 10% of resin, on a weight basis, and subsequently impregnating with bitumen.
