PURPOSE:To prepare adzuki-bean jelly mixed with rice, by mixing adzuki-bean jelly with steamed rice. CONSTITUTION:Agar is dissolved in hot water, and sugar, starch jelly, and a small amount of table salt are added thereto. The solution is mixed with crushed and uncrushed steamed rice grains, and then with powdered bean jam, and stirred for a short time under heating to prepare the objective adzuki-bean jelly mixed with rice.
