PURPOSE:To support a reaction force, generated at a pile-pressing-in time, by means of both an existing pile and a vehicle, by a method wherein a reaction force unit is secured to the existing pile, a new pile to a pile-pressing-in unit, and the reaction force unit, the pile-pressing-in unit and the vehicle are monolithically coupled together. CONSTITUTION:In order to make both an existing pile Q and a vehicle D to share a reaction force produced at a pile-pressing-in time, a reaction force chuck 5 of a reaction force unit F is secured to the existing pile Q, a pile chuck 4 of a pile- pressing-in unit E is also secured to a new pile P, and the reaction force unit F, the pile-pressing-in unit E and the vehicle E are monolithically coupled together. With a pile-pressing-in cylinder 2 expanded, the pile chuck 4 is lowered to press the new pile P into the soil.
