The horizontal brush part is fitted to the power operated tooth brush. The brush part is energised into rotary or oscillating movement by any arbitrary drive. The brush permits desired movement from top to bottom, in order to penetrate into the tooth gaps. This is enabled by the rotary brush part in horizontal arrangement. The automatic rotation against the teeth provides the desired movement from top to bottom.
