The foaming product dispenser is for hygienic purposes or the treatment of skin ailments etc., having a dispensing head (1) on a vessel (3) with flexible walls containing the product in liquid form and air. The head is sealed to the vessel, and has a mixing chamber (13) connected permanently on one side to atmosphere and on the other via a porous mass (5) to the vessel interior. In the inverted position, devices (10) cause air from the vessel to pass through the porous mass, and others (11,12) selectively connect the free space in the vessel to atmosphere.
