The screw driving tool (1) consists of a driving part (2) comprising a compressed air-driven motor and a guide (3) for the head (4) which carries the screwing head (5). Compressed air is supplied via a hose (6) and the tool is started by a push button (7) operating a starting valve inside the housing. A pin (8) protruding from the housing works together with an adjustable screwing depth stop (10). During the screwing operation of the tool, the head part approaches the driving part against the force of a pressure spring (9) until the pin is pushed into the housing by the adjustable stop. The other end of the pin inside the housing operates a spring loaded ball, which closes the compressed air supply entry into the housing and operates the main cutoff valve to isolate the tool.
