The prefabricated reinforced-concrete component is for use in mines or road tunnels and comprises a first half-frame (100) and a second top one (101). These have sockets or anchor bolts (103), so that they can be assembled together on site using using two rope slings. For transport, they can be nested together on a low-loading trailer (104), to keep the overall height within the limites of the authorised loading gauge (108).
