Procedure for obtaining derivatives of 3-amino-1, 2-propanediol

Derivatives of 3-amino-1,2-propanediol of the formula IMAGE in which R11 denotes polyhydroxy-lower alkyl, cycloalkyl-lower alkoxy-lower alkyl, lower alkylsulphonylamino bonded in the 4-position or 1-lower alkylcarbamoyl-2-vinyl bonded in the 4-position, and alk denotes radicals of the formula -CH2-CH2- or IMAGE and salts of such compounds, process for their preparation, pharmaceuticals which contain the novel compounds, and their use as blockers of adrenergic ss-receptors for the treatment of angina pectoris and cardiac arrhythmias, and also as hypotensive agents.
