AGRICULTURAL BAG LOADING APPARATUSABSTRACTThe present invention relates to an improvement in anagricultural bag loading apparatus in which silage isforced into an agricultural bag. The improvement iscomprised of at least one drum rotatably mounted on theloading apparatus. A brake is provided for resisting therotation of the drum with a selected brake force. A cableis wrapped around the drum in a single layer to preventexcessive wear of the cable. A securing unit is providedfor securing the end of the cable to restrain the end ofthe bag so that the cable is pulled off the drum againstthe brake force of the brake as the agricultural bag isfilled with silage.
