Guide tunnel for the carriages of a model railway with road vehicles travelling without rails

The model railway consists of models, in particular, of road vehicles which do not have their own drive, but are carried along by carriages fitted with magnets which are moved below a trackway plate in a guide tunnel. The guide tunnel for these carriages consists of the trackway plate and a baseplate which is fixedly connected thereto by the side walls. Metal coatings are arranged on the underside of the trackway plate and on the upper side of the baseplate to supply the current and the carriages have appropriate current collectors. One of the two coatings is divided into partial coatings. This model railway provides a model representation of road traffic in the entirety of its individual movements.
