Device for controlling the return run temperature of the heating water for a hot-water accumulator, with a heat exchanger which can be a pipe coil. One end of the heat exchanger is connected to a supply pipe (8) for the heating water and the other end of the same is connected to a return pipe for the heating water. In the heating water supply pipe (8), there is provided a device for controlling the flowthrough quantity of the heating water depending upon the forward run temperature of the heating water. This device can be a large number of parallel-connected valves (9, 10, 11) which are controlled depending upon a temperature sensor (12) arranged on the heating water supply pipe (8). Said valves (9, 10, 11) can be equipped with different passage cross-section. In the heating water return pipe (13), there is arranged a device for controlling the flowthrough quantity depending upon the return run temperature.
