The device (10) comprises body (14) having a head and maybe used in combination with a game board (12). When a pointer (28) is manually rotated at random a gap in a first circular stop is moved into alignment with a spring loaded plunger of the device, and a front cover (20) is then swung away exposing the body and head portions, including an opening (16) simulating a mouth. A player may then insert a finger into the mouth while another player manipulates a slide member (not shown). If a second circular stop member of the device is aligned with the slide member, the slide moves a pair of pen tips into engagement with the player's finger to produce a bite-like mark thereon. The two stop members are randomly relocated each time the cover opens so a player never knows when the cover will open or when the slide can be manipulated to effect engagement. IMAGE
