COATING MATERIAL MIST COLLECTING COATING BOOTH

PURPOSE:To ensure a high-efficiency and automatic collection for the coating material mist in a reusable state, by exfoliating the coating material mist collected by several units of roller brushes provided with the brush areas crossed in parallel and successively with each other by turning the brushes. CONSTITUTION:The gas is exhausted by turning the fan 6 when the coating is carried out, and the coating material is sprayed to the object 2 to be coated via the spray gun 22. The oversprayed coating material (coating mist) is carried to the brush areas crossed each other and on the air current within the booth which is caused by the sucking force of the fan 6 to be collected there. The roller brush 8 is not turned during the coating work. After the coating work, the brush 8 is turned by the driving motor 11 to rub the brush areas to each other. Thus the collected coating material mist is exfoliated physically from the brush areas to be then collected into the cartridge tank 17 with the vibrations of the vibrator 15. The collected coating material can be made usable again through a simple dispersing process.
