PURPOSE:To prepare instant coffee having the characteristic unique flavor of coffee, by percolating coffee with hot water, drying the percolated liquid, and contacting the obtained instant coffee with the flavor generated by the grinding of parched coffee beans. CONSTITUTION:Coffee is percolated with hot water and dried to obtain instant coffee, which is made to contact with the flavor generated by grinding parched coffee beans.
